«ديواني» محرّر للشعر العربي العمودي، يعمل في المتصفح على diwani.kuthadesign.com، ويمكن تثبيته على الجهاز تطبيقاً. تتولّاه مجموعة كَوْثَا للإنتاج الفنّيّ والإعلاميّ في العراق، وهي المسؤولة عن البيانات الموصوفة هنا. للتواصل: hello@kuthadesign.com.

ما يبقى على جهازك

كلّ ما تكتبه يُحفظ أولاً في متصفحك على جهازك:

• القصائد والأبيات والمسودّات، والأفكار، والدواوين.
• إعداداتك: المظهر واللغة وحجم الخط، وتفضيلات الطباعة، وآخر بحر وصفحة فتحتهما.
• إن سجّلتَ الدخول: رمز جلستك، كي لا تحتاج إلى الدخول في كلّ زيارة.

لا يصلنا شيء من ذلك ما لم تسجّل الدخول. وإن مسحتَ بيانات الموقع من متصفحك ضاع ما على الجهاز، لذلك ننصح بحفظ نسخة احتياطية بزرّ «تصدير نسخة» في صفحة «قصائدي» بين الحين والآخر.

الحساب والمزامنة (اختياري)

ما نحفظه حين تُنشئ حساباً

• بريدك الإلكتروني، لتسجيل الدخول ولرسائل الحساب.
• كلمة المرور، محفوظةً بصيغة معمّاة لا يمكن قراءتها، ولا نطّلع عليها.
• بيانات تقنية للحساب: تاريخ إنشائه وآخر دخول، وسجلّ أمنيّ لعمليات الدخول يتضمّن عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح، لحماية الحساب من إساءة الاستخدام.
• إن دخلتَ عبر Google، نتلقّى منه بريدك واسمك وصورة حسابك فقط، ولا نطّلع على كلمة مرورك لديه. ولا يحتاج هذا الحساب كلمة مرور لدى ديواني.

المزامنة

حين تسجّل الدخول، تُحفظ نسخة من قصائدك وأفكارك ودواوينك مرتبطةً بحسابك، لتجدها على أيّ جهاز تدخل منه. لا يصل إليها مستخدم آخر، فقاعدة البيانات لا تعطي كلّ حساب إلا سجلّه. ومع أنّ القائمين على الخدمة يستطيعون تقنياً الوصول إلى قاعدة البيانات، فإننا لا نطّلع على محتواك إلا بطلب منك أو لالتزام قانوني.

تتولّى خدمةُ Firebase التابعة لشركة Google الحساباتِ والمزامنة: الحسابات في Firebase Authentication، ونسخة المزامنة في قاعدة بيانات على خوادم في بلجيكا.

رسائل البريد

لا نرسل إلا رسائل الحساب: تأكيد البريد عند إنشاء الحساب، ورابط اختيار كلمة مرور جديدة إن طلبتَه. تُرسلها Firebase من العنوان noreply@diwani-7e595.firebaseapp.com. لا رسائل تسويقية ولا نشرات.

خدمات اللغة

• التشكيل الآلي يعمل على جهازك بالكامل؛ لا يُرسَل نصّك إلى أيّ خادم.
• المعجم الموحّد والمرادفات والأضداد، ومعاني «قاموس القافية»: تُرسَل الكلمة التي تبحث عنها، أو التي تفتح بطاقتها في قاموس القافية، وحدها إلى خادم ديواني، فيمرّرها إلى منصّة «سوار» التابعة لمجمع الملك سلمان العالمي للغة العربية، دون أيّ معرّف لك. وقد تُحفظ نتيجة البحث مؤقتاً في شبكة الاستضافة أياماً قليلة، لتسريع البحث المتكرّر عن الكلمة نفسها.
• المعجم الشعري: تُنزَّل فهارسه من موقع ديواني، ويجري البحث فيها على جهازك.
• الطباعة وملف Word والنسخة الاحتياطية: تُنشأ كلّها على جهازك.

ما يحدث حين تفتح الموقع

• الموقع مستضاف لدى Cloudflare، التي تسجّل كأيّ خادم ويب بياناتٍ تقنية عن كلّ طلب، كعنوان IP ونوع المتصفح والصفحة المطلوبة ووقت الطلب، لتشغيل الخدمة وحمايتها.
• الخطوط محفوظة في ديواني نفسه، فلا يُطلب شيء من خوادم Google.
• الروابط الخارجية، مثل موقع «كلمات»، تفتح مواقع لها سياسات خصوصية مستقلّة.
• نافذة «ادعم ديواني» تنقلك إلى PayPal إن اخترتَ التبرّع عبره، أو تعطيك رقم حساب مصرفيّ. لا تمرّ بيانات الدفع عبر ديواني، ويصلنا من جهة التحويل ما يصل إلى أيّ مستلمٍ لتحويل، كاسم المرسل.

الجهات التي تعالج البيانات نيابةً عنّا

كم نحتفظ بالبيانات

• على جهازك: حتى تحذفها أنت أو تمسح بيانات المتصفح.
• الحساب ونسخته السحابية: حتى تحذف حسابك. يُحذفان من قاعدة البيانات فور الحذف، وقد تبقى نسخ منهما في النسخ الاحتياطية لدى مزوّد الخدمة، إن وُجدت، مدّةً محدودة ثم تُمحى تلقائياً.
• سجلّات الخوادم: بحسب سياسات مزوّدي الاستضافة.

حقوقك وكيف تمارسها

• الاطّلاع والنقل: زرّ «تصدير نسخة» في صفحة «قصائدي» يحفظ قصائدك وأفكارك ودواوينك كلّها في ملف واحد.
• التصحيح: تعدّل محتواك مباشرة في التطبيق، وتغيّر كلمة المرور من نافذة الحساب.
• الحذف: «حذف الحساب» في نافذة الحساب يحذف الحساب ونسخته السحابية فوراً، وتبقى نسخة جهازك كما هي.
• أيّ طلب آخر: راسلنا على hello@kuthadesign.com، ونردّ خلال ٣٠ يوماً.

وقد تكون لك حقوق إضافية بحسب قوانين بلدك. نطبّق هذه السياسة على الجميع أينما كانوا، ونحترم ما تمنحه قوانين حماية البيانات في بلد كلّ مستخدم، كاللائحة الأوروبية العامة لحماية البيانات (GDPR) لمن هم في الاتحاد الأوروبي.

الأمان

يجري كلّ اتصال عبر قناة مشفّرة (HTTPS). وكلمات المرور معمّاة، وبيانات كلّ حساب معزولة عن غيره في قاعدة البيانات. ولا تسمح سياسة أمان المحتوى في الموقع بتحميل شيء إلا من مصادر محدّدة سلفاً. ولا توجد حماية كاملة، فإن وقع اختراق يمسّ بياناتك أبلغناك خلال ٧٢ ساعة من علمنا به، أو أسرع إن اقتضى القانون ذلك.

الأطفال

يصلح ديواني لجميع الأعمار، ولا يحتاج حساباً للكتابة. أمّا إنشاء حساب لمن هو دون ١٣ سنة فيحتاج موافقة وليّ أمره.

ننشر أيّ تعديل في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخه، ونبيّن التعديلات الجوهرية داخل التطبيق قبل سريانها.

Who we are

Diwani is an editor for classical Arabic poetry. It runs in the browser at diwani.kuthadesign.com and can be installed as an app. It is run by Kawthā Group for Arts and Media Production in Iraq, which is responsible for the data described here. Contact: hello@kuthadesign.com.

What stays on your device

Everything you write is first saved in your browser, on your device:

• Poems, verses and drafts, ideas, and dīwāns.
• Your settings: appearance, language and text size, print preferences, and the last meter and page you opened.
• If you sign in: your session token, so you do not have to sign in on every visit.

None of this reaches us unless you sign in. If you clear this site's data in your browser, what is on the device is lost, so we suggest saving a backup now and then with the “Export” button on the My Qaṣāʾid page.

Account and sync (optional)

What we keep when you create an account

• Your email address, to sign in and for account emails.
• Your password, stored hashed so that it cannot be read; we never see it.
• Technical account data: when the account was created and last used, and a security log of sign-ins that includes the IP address and browser type, to protect the account from misuse.
• If you sign in with Google, we receive only your email, name and account picture from it, never your password there. Such an account has no password with Diwani.

Sync

When you sign in, a copy of your poems, ideas and dīwāns is kept with your account, so you find them on any device you sign in from. No other user can reach it: the database gives each account only its own record. The people running the service can technically access the database, but we look at your content only at your request or where the law requires it.

Accounts and sync are handled by Google's Firebase service: accounts in Firebase Authentication, and the sync copy in a database on servers in Belgium.

Emails

We send only account emails: confirming your address when you sign up, and a link to choose a new password if you ask for one. Firebase sends them from noreply@diwani-7e595.firebaseapp.com. No marketing emails or newsletters.

Language services

• Automatic diacritization runs entirely on your device; your text is not sent to any server.
• Dictionary, synonyms and antonyms, and meanings in the rhyme dictionary: only the word you search for, or whose card you open in the rhyme dictionary, is sent to Diwani's server, which passes it to the Siwar platform of the King Salman Global Academy for the Arabic Language, with nothing that identifies you. The result may be cached on the hosting network for a few days to speed up repeated searches for the same word.
• The poetic lexicon: its indexes are downloaded from Diwani's site, and the search runs on your device.
• Printing, Word files and backups are all made on your device.

What happens when you open the site

• The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which, like any web server, logs technical data about each request, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, to run and protect the service.
• Fonts are served by Diwani itself; nothing is requested from Google's servers.
• External links, such as the Kalimmat site, open sites with their own privacy policies.
• The “Support Dīwānī” window sends you to PayPal if you choose to donate there, or gives you a bank account number. No payment data passes through Dīwānī; the paying service shows us what any recipient of a transfer sees, such as the sender’s name.

Who processes data on our behalf

How long we keep data

• On your device: until you delete it or clear the browser's data.
• Your account and its cloud copy: until you delete the account. They are removed from the database at once; copies may remain in the provider's backups, if any, for a limited time before they are erased automatically.
• Server logs: according to the hosting providers' policies.

Your rights and how to use them

• Access and portability: the “Export” button on the My Qaṣāʾid page saves all your poems, ideas and dīwāns in one file.
• Correction: edit your content directly in the app, and change your password from the account window.
• Deletion: “Delete account” in the account window deletes the account and its cloud copy at once; the copy on your device stays as it is.
• Anything else: write to hello@kuthadesign.com; we reply within 30 days.

You may have further rights under the laws of your country. We apply this policy to everyone, wherever they are, and respect the rights each user's data-protection laws give them, such as the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for people in the European Union.

Security

Every connection is encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed, and each account's data is isolated from the others in the database. The site's content security policy lets it load nothing except from sources fixed in advance. No protection is perfect: if a breach affects your data, we will tell you within 72 hours of learning of it, or sooner where the law requires.

Children

Diwani suits all ages, and writing needs no account. Creating an account under the age of 13 needs a parent's or guardian's consent.

Changes to this policy

We publish any change on this page with its date, and point out significant changes in the app before they take effect.
